There is a medium chance of storms becoming severe across the east-central Permian Basin down through the Lower Trans Pecos this afternoon and evening. There will be more storms than what was seen yesterday but will still be quite scattered. Should any severe storms form, large to very large hail and and damaging winds are the main concerns but an isolated tornado cannot be ruled out.
