Although winds will be light, wind chills may briefly drop to 15 to 30 below zero early Friday morning. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Thursday Another round of widespread significant snowfall will result in hazardous travel late Friday afternoon into Saturday afternoon. Heaviest snow will occur Friday night when probabilities for snowfall of greater than 4 inches range from 50 to 80 percent. A Winter Weather Advisory has been issued for all of north-central and northeast Wisconsin. Arctic air will return to the region starting Sunday afternoon, and should linger for most of next week. Dangerously cold wind chills of 20 to 35 degrees below zero are expected Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday mornings. Coldest wind chills will be over central and north-central Wisconsin. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
