A Heat Advisory is now in effect through Friday for our entire area. High temperatures will reach the mid to upper 90s which combined with high humidity will lead to afternoon heat index readings ranging from 100 to 105 each day. The heat continues into the weekend as well, so additional heat headlines may be needed for portions of the region.
