There is a Marginal Risk of excessive rainfall and flash flooding in southeast New Mexico Thursday. Most likely rainfall amounts are in the 0.5-1.5" range, but there is a low chance of up to 4", which could create flooding concerns through area arroyos and draws as well as over recent burn scars.
