Periods of more widespread rainfall will occur through midweek, with the first round set to roll in later this evening through Monday morning. Another period with more widespread rainfall looks to be later Monday night through Tuesday night. Odds favoring the heaviest rainfall continue to slip a bit more northwest, but most areas should see between 3/4 and 1 1/4 inch over the next several days. Confidence is low but a stronger storm or two are possible near US Highway 20 Monday afternoon. Heavy rain could lead to ponding of water in low lying and poor drainage areas as well as small rises in smaller creeks and streams.
