A Flood Watch continues for northeastern portions of central Indiana including the Kokomo, Muncie, Anderson, and Winchester areas. The watch is in effect through 2 PM this afternoon. There is the potential for 1-3 inches of rainfall with locally higher amounts is possible. Flooded roadways and localized flash flooding is also possible.
