East to southeast winds 15 to 25 mph develop Sunday morning and continue through Sunday night. Light rain moves in from the west Sunday evening and spreads east after midnight Sunday night. Cold front early Monday morning shifts winds to the west. West winds increase to 25 to 35 mph with gusts to 50 mph by late Monday morning. Rain diminishes from SW to NE during the day on Monday. Rain amounts will be less than a tenth of an inch in most areas but the northeast corner of the state could receive up to a quarter inch of rain.
