An outflow boundary across southern portions of central Indiana back into central Illinois will be the primary focusing mechanism for scattered thunderstorm development this afternoon. Cloud to ground lightning will be a hazard with any storm. Locally heavy rain will occur due to slow storm motions less than 10 mph along with the potential for wind gusts to 40 mph.
