A Flood Watch has been issued for northeastern portions of central Indiana including the Kokomo, Muncie, Anderson, New Castle and Winchester areas. The watch is in effect from 12 AM EDT through 2 PM Thursday afternoon. 2-4 inches of rainfall with locally higher amounts is possible. Flooded roadways and localized flash flooding is also possible.
