Patchy fog, locally dense, is expected over portions of northern and eastern WI early this morning. A stretch of unsettled weather then arrives this evening and lasts through Thursday, with periods of rain and plenty of cloud cover. Near or slightly above normal temps are expected through mid-week, falling below normal late in the week.
