Welcome to the Athelstane Wisconsin Weather site.
Weather station is located at my cottage south and east of the town of Athelstane which is
in the northern half of Marinette County, State of Wisconsin. Equipment used is an
Oregon Scientific WM-918 using Virtual Weather Station software by Ambient. Now that
I have DSL available, the Station updates to the website every 15 minutes. Radar images
update every 10 minutes.

Bobby Construction Cam
I have got allot of emails in the past asking how I created this web site and what I used for hardware so I have decided to put together a page to help answer questions about how I did it. You can view this how to page here.
Cam pictures are generated by ImageSalsa and wide variety of cameras and capture cards. Occasionally, you will see Whitetail Deer and Wild Turkeys in the front yards. Movies are generated by MovieSalsa and are uploaded in the evening hours after sunset and just after sunrise for the night cam. The main goal for the cams were to see what the weather looked like before going up on the weekends and to watch over the properties.
